water, Gatorade and milk are much better for the body. i think my mtn intake as something todo with the way i been filling all of fall and some of summer. just been filling like shit, and have sleep problems.

i’m hopping that when i cut down that i will start filling better.

yeah. thats even more reason for me to stop. dad and one of my brothers have both had more than one. like 3 or 4 each i think. i’m not sure how many they have had.

Meh, I have drank shit tons of pop since I was pretty young and was up to 6-7 energy drinks a day for months and never had a problem. I gave them up for financial reasons about 6 weeks ago though (that is pretty expensive in the long run really). I was surprised I didn't get bad headaches. It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be too.

 

They both look kind of pissed off. They may plot to leave you a little package for you to step in.
