    neglect, mostly.
    true dat. . . my pops' side of the family are kidney stone making machines. twin sis has a back full of them and all she does is drink water all day long. some times it's just about genes. i don't want one so i haven't drank soda in forever. lemonade is actually a good way to keep the sediment from building up.

    yeah. thats a lot in a day.

    i get bad head aces if i go more than a day with out at least 2 cans. but i’m going to try and stop for a few weeks at least than may drink one every now and than. i like milk a lot, so i’m going to try and drink that a ot more. i know last year (and into the spring of this year) i could drink up to 3 or 4 gallons of milk a weeks. i would some times have 8 glasses a day.

    Depends on your water too. Here in Southeast Idaho we have stupid high calcium levels in our water so they are fairly common here as well.

    I'd buy into the gene thing though too, since none of my family members have had any that I know of even with the odds stacked against us.

    yeah, last year it wasn't so great. i think sam adam's changed all their labels... new marketing

    it's my go to for whiskey. both their rye whiskey and bourbon are really good. give it a try

    the octoberfest was awesome this year too! haha
    try the winter lager... you won't be disappointed
