heres what i wanna know...This came up at the gym the other night. How is Synthol absorbed in to the body? From my understanding its a slow absorbing oil....What ill effects does it cause and what issues come up other then infection and all the stuff that you see on youtube. Its not a widely talked about thing so i wondered about it. anyone seen it or used it? I assume its not against the law cause its not a hormone or steroid.....

Sorry not looking to become a cloud I just wonder how messed up the guys using it will be.

Well i'mm sorry to say i've never seen or known anyone who has used it. Until a few days ago i've never even heard of it. MY assumption that those who are using it, very few want to admit they are. To me it seems they're just pumping liquid into their body to inflate the muscles.( Like saline solution) that's not building the muscle. It be interesting to see one trying to power lift etc.

yeahp, for me atleast, the body is easier to manipulate. When i was in high school i couldn't add weight to save my life. i have friends in their 30s who say it's the best age because they can go up and down easily.

    Thanks,
I primarily focused on 1 muscle group a day,6 days a week, 20-24 sets pyramid structured full range from 50 rep sets, gradually increasing to 3 rep max for 2 sets in the middle and decreasing the weight gradually back till I was doing 50 reps in my final sets.
I stopped jogging and doing any cardiio that was aerobic. I was burning to much muscle. I lost 8 pounds total from before to after. I switched to sprints and shuttle runs up stairs in hi intensity burst intervals. Other than that I walk. Live on the beach so its a no brainer. I am a freediver so I would swim for an hour a day when conditions were good and catch myself all kinds of free protien. Conch, lobster, grouper, snapper.
I cut sugar completely out. Crystal light lemonade, black coffee, water only. Drank booze only 1 night. cut carbs down to less than 40 a day every other week. Weeks were I ate carbs limited them to Oatmeal and Brown/Wild rice.
250 grams of protien a day minimum 5x50g
shakes only- no other supplements. black coffee double expresso before workout

Happy with results. Not that hard with proper motivation
