Lucky me, I will probably never see another truck that looks like mine...seeing as I've only seen like 3 lifted 2nd gen 5-lugs in person, None in my color (except my own) and none rocking the same mods as me :)

    :D

Also I made some neat decals for my truck...little undecided with what I really want to put on there.

haha Braves aren't bad...except in the Wild Card this year when the fans turned Turner Field into a waste after that horrible call. Chipper Jones is the man, I have a ball signed by Greg Maddux and his daughter went to High School with me hahaha so I have a few little ties with the Braves, but I'm an Angels fan down to the bone haha. and Yankees suck, end of story :D

I have a Skyjacker Leveling kit and some 16x9 Moto Metal wheels with 285/75R16...

I am considering 265/75/16 so i can actually get some suspension flex without rubbing. Any comments? Could I mount a 265/75r16 on a 9" rim and be OK?

OK GUYS I NEED YOUR HELP!!
I'm going to colormatch my grille surround, however I have 0 experience with how to do so but I also don't want to pay every single dime I have. SO If anyone has done the color match themselves can you tell me EXACTLY what you did and if you have pics of the results that would be awesome! If anyone paid for it to be done, then how much was it and can I see pics of those too?!?!
Also would the same go for color matching my front bumper?

Got mine paint matched professionally. Was 200 for the grille and back bumper

Sorry, instagram pictures are all I have right now, the lighting looks really weird but it looks identical (paint match vs factory paint).

Will get some more pictures when I go snowboarding Saturday.

Thanks man, I really do love the truck. Just a few more things for me, for now. I have sliders I need to put back on still (just got powdercoated) and I am thinking about more armor but don't know.

Hey how is the paint holding up on your bumper? Was it chrome originally or black? Because I've painted mine black and it is starting to chip and chrome is showing threw:( Would powder coating be the resolution? Thanks

I know the guy at the body shop told me that he wouldn't paint my chrome bumper he told me it would fall off as quick as it went on. But I'm sure a black bumper would have no issues holding paint.

Powder coating would work a lot better on a chrome bumper, (I didn't want to go that route because of the pearl in the paint, there is no powder that my local shop(s) could find to match it) but my paint shop had me get it sanded so I took all the pieces from the inside out and took all the plastic trim off. It was just the chrome piece, nothing else. Took that to a sand blaster and they blasted it (found a really good dude to do it and he only charged 20) then took it to the shop. It was was primed with self etching primer then base coat, top coat and clear. They said they normally wouldn't do that but it is some good friends that own the paint shop. Paint looks perfect, match is dead on in all light levels and I love it. A friend dropped the bumper right after it was painted and no scuff or anything. I have only had it on for a week maybe two and I haven't hit anything so idk if chrome will show through, but I love the look of the paint match. If something happens I will just redo the process. I haven't been able to wash it yet because the paint is still curing but I love it. I will post more pics sometime Saturday or Sunday of the truck when I go snowboarding. Should have one more mod (hopefully, fingers crossed) by then..

The retro's are the best thing I've ever done to a vehicle. I'm sure he will agree that it's an awesome mod!
