Only thing is that money takes away from my lift and front bumper. I'd be able to have enough on my truck to come this year but only if it was scheduled in August. Guess I'll just lurk and be jealous until 2014 lol

Sliders are way more important then a bumper anyways. I'd get them then come out man! Lift can wait

Sliders and a couple skids are included in the build that will be done in August:D trust me I'd love to but id like to be a lil more prepared, I don't want to only go on the "easier" trails

Wheeling on slickrock is an experience like no other and Moab is considered the wheeling mecca of the world for a reason. Even the "easier" trails are incredibly fun and have amazing views. You don't need a crazy tricked out truck to have a great time out there. Heck, there were some people out there last year that didn't even have a truck and they have some crazy memories from the event.

If you're worried about getting in over your head, I say don't be. There are going to be a lot of guys out there that will not hesitate to warn you well before you get in over your head.

If going to Moab means you'll have absolutely no mod money to work on your build later, then that is something to consider. But don't let a stock truck fool you into thinking it can't handle it and it'll have to sit on the sidelines. If nothing else, ride shotgun out with someone and just have a great time in Moab. Plus, you'll get to see a ton of Taco mods in one place and side-by-side so you can build your truck exactly the way you want it the first time.

    Just my .02 :D

last year i met up with a dude on hells revenge in a stock 4runner that only had 2.5 lift that cost him like 200 bucks.. more lift equals more clearance and you can get a little bit of lift for cheap.

Ill be happy to see you there though either way.

Looking at going with Icon remote resis up front and 2.0 remote resis in the rear with LR UCAs and OME dakars. I know this is the lift that I want so I don't really want to spend the extra money to get a spacer lift or a cheaper lift just to end up replacing it but thanks for the idea :) and I hope I can make it out, we will see if I find a ride

I'd save more money for my lift if I could get someone to take me, and that person would also save money in gas ;) ;)
