Shit sucks, she was a keeper and I let her get away.

 

Do you know that you let her go, or did she want to go no matter what you did/do? To be blunt about it, if this comes as a completely, unexpected, never saw it coming surprise, then there may have been nothing you could do. If this has been building and she has tried giving you chance after chance to fix it, then you only have yourself to blame.

The good news if it is option 2, then there is always a chance, but you have to make it happen. If this is the case, she hasn't stopped loving you, she just feels you have stopped loving her.

The bad news, if this was 100% unexpected, refer back to what Zech said, and don't waste another minute on her.

For your sake, find out which it is and take the appropriate actions from there.

 

I've been in a similar situtation. Where I was actually married, and had been with this girl for 5 years. Out of no where she became distant, and moved back home with her parents. I tried all I could to get her back, but nothing, so I filed for divorce. this really broke my heart, because I didn't know what I did to cause any of it. Come to find out, she discovered yahoo chat rooms, and believed the crap those guys were telling her. She decided she hadn't lived her life enough and decided to live it with them, while being married to me.

Now, she has 2 kids, with different guys. She's been remarried twice, and isn't doing real good in life for herself. When she had it made with me.

Doesn't look like that worked out too well for her. I am much happier now, happier than I have ever been.

 

it's tough, i asked her if there was someone else and she said yes. He aint a damn and I know she will always have problems with relationships. she grew up in a bad family and has never felt real love until i came into her life. We might have lost our touch, but love is worth fighting for and young love always has plenty of battles, being able to acknowledge our own problems and being able to overcome small differences is a huge part of it. I don't care now im just gonna have my house, truck, and myself to worry about. just tryin to think positive and move on...

It is really hard, especially since you still have feelings, but since this sounds like it is something that you can't fix, you need to distance yourself as much as possible from her. Drop it cold turkey, you'll have your moments where you can't imagine life any other way (because that is all you have known for the last 3 years), but once you get to living your life with out her, it will all fall in place.

Spend a few nights at home cry-bating, then clean yourself up, go out, get drunk, get laid. Repeat as necessary until she is out of your memory.

 

Blake, you do know that there are girls in those places right? And... They aren't wearing any... No, I don't think you can handle it. Better you stay at home like the last meet.

 

I'm more pissed off than anything. But hey, life goes on and now I get to start fresh and do whatever I want. That already makes me happy just thinking about it. It will be fun meeting more of you, now ill be taking more trips wheeling!
