    ME TOO haha!

    That's why I'm ordering them!

Just ordered them! They are supposed to be at my parents house Tuesday! I won't even be home till a week from wednesday..

This is with standard shipping which is 60 dollars. The "FedEx 2 Day Air" would have costed $180.. and didn't have an estimated delivery till wednesday.. never would have paid for that, I just thought it was funny that the shipping cost 3 times more for a service with an expected delivery date one day after standard.

I guess it helps to live relatively close to the Warehouse. It says they're shipping from NV and we live in San Diego.

Anways.. I can't wait! At 20,000 miles, this will kinda be my first "upgrade" to the truck and I think about what I want to do to it constantly..!

They're in my garage! I get home Wednesday. They go on on Thursday ( a week from today )

IDK why Tacoma world has this sideways.. the file is right side up that I uploaded.. and it does weird things when I rotate in TW photo editor.

EDIT: Wow! It changed to right side up!

That goofy little flap is going to die tonight! Just put on a set of new set of wheels and tires and the "rubbing" that occurred caused quite the pucker factor the first time I heard it....

Well, I guess if he hasn't posted the pic in 4 years then the tires are gone by now.

Mine is rubbing on these two spots. Can I just Dremel that out or just invest in huskies?

Thinking of going with 265/70r17. I have a 13' trd sport with fully stock suspension, and this is what I am looking a running.

    Pro comp 5001, 17x9, offset: 6.6, backspace:4.75 with Nitto Terra Grapler G2 265/70 17.

Does any one see any issue with this set up or should I be running the 17x8, offset: 0, backspace: 4.5 with the same tire? I would prefer to do any cutting to make it fit. I appreciate any help.

I have new Terra Grappler 265/70 r17 tires on the stock Sport wheels, and I do hear some slight rubbing from the right front wheel when I make a hard right turn. I have looked and I can't see exactly where it's coming from, but I can hear it just for a second from inside the cab. Hopefully as someone else mentioned, as the tires wear down some it'll go away.

Mine rub, but only on the small mud plaps in the front when the wheels are turned completely to either side.

After doing more driving, I think what I'm hearing is actually an exhaust leak where my aftermarket exhaust connects to the original pipe right under the passenger seat. Only happens at a certain low rpm.

    So, disregard my rubbing claim.

Good to know. I do like the size of the tire, looks like it fits well. I'm still concerned about the back spacing and offsets on wheels. Not 100% clear on how to make my selection. Interested in the Pro comp 5001, 17x9, offset: 6.6, backspace:4.75 OR 17x8, offset: 0, backspace: 4.5 But definitely like the Nitto's, seems to be a pretty Good tire from what I have read.

I just put 265/70r/17 Durtracs on my 09 about a week ago and have a rub ONLY at an extreme angle turn (I.e. steering wheel all the way to the stop). I just noticed it yesterday because I don't hit the stops in steering very often. I am pretty positive it is from the mud flaps but I am not concerned with it since it is at such a sharp steering angle
