Here is a sample of my workout week:

Monday: Swim 1000m, Run 3 miles, Lift Chest + triceps

Friday: Lift shoulders + biceps, hit heavy bag
Saturday: Run 3 miles, Swim 1000m, 4 mile run with 30lb weight vest

So week two of switching from heavy weight low reps to high reps on arms. And they've been ballooning up like crazy, does any one else cycle between heavy/medium weight with a few weeks on each and see solid gains in mass?

I keep gaining weight, getting more ripped, and getting stronger, these past 3 months I've really found what works for my body, I'm now 50lbs up from my high school weight.

It does that due to muscle confussion which is supposed to be the best way to see muscle gains in strength and size

    Thanks first,
H I IT training, or interval training, does not require oxygen because it's anaerobic. If your body is operating on lower amounts of carbohydrates there will be less sugar in your blood as a primary source of energy. Interval training allows the body to process oxygen and break down fat as a source of energy during the brief period of rest in between sets. Think about a marathon runner, a skinny little african, and then picture a world-class sprinter like Michael Johnson. Think about their body types and what they look like. The long-distance runner cannot oxygenate fast enough once blood sugar is depleted. then he burns muscle as a source of energy when blood sugar levels are depleted. The brief rest in between sprints is similar to the brief rest in between sets in the gym when lifting weights. The actual Sprint is anaerobic and the rest. In between allows for oxygenation to take place in the breakdown of soluble fat as a source of energy. That's why the world-class sprinter has the same body type as an NFL wide receiver.

Calories were around 3000 until the final 6 weeks when I was rotating Med and low carb weeks when they dropped to about 1500-2000
As for the lifting I am not sure how you want me to break that down? The Pyramid?
