Got a private party booked for 10 people coming up.

The menu must be completely dairy FREE. No butter, no milk, no mayo, no cheese...no yum-yum sauce.....ect...no of that.

Basically want to give them 3 options to choose for each course....

    Any ideas?....Throw them at me...

Here is what I've worked up so far...

    Salad
Mixed field greens, dried cranberries, red grapes and Roma tomatoes,
Toasted garlic herb Crostini. Served with a Huckleberry balsamic vinaigrette

    Entrée
-Lemon pepper chicken Tender, juicy grilled chicken breast with a lemon caper Vin Blanc sauce.
    -Roasted fingerling potatoes
    -Grilled asparagus’

    -Garlic chicken and shrimp pasta
-Marinated grilled chicken and shrimp, sautéed with Andouille Sausage, green and red bell peppers
Tossed in a roasted garlic white wine Sauce over penne pasta. Served with sliced baguette bread.

    Chicken Marsala
-Grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed mushrooms and Our Marsala wine sauce.
    -Creamy Polenta
    -Fresh seasonal vegetables

    Voodoo shrimp
-Blackened’ seasoned sautéed shrimp, with a spicy Roasted red pepper Sauce.
-Served over seasoned rice or Creamy Polenta
    -Fresh seasonal vegetables

    Dessert
    Strawberry Shortcake
Seasonal Fruit K-BOB’s served with a simple Syurp

    Thanks man,...
Some couple that has been in a few times now, for breakfast. I put together some skillets I guess she really enjoyed. Just gotta season the stuff you know...

Think it is her birthday or something. They're having guests over, and want me to come cook everything in their kitchen. What should I charge for that alone?

I'll be there the morning/afternoon of the 5th :D. Me and the wife will be hungry. So, when you see a nice silver jeep cherokee in the parking lot, it'll be us!

I have your #, so I will give you a call either the night before with where we stop at, or the morning of. Hopefully we can make it to Boise the first night. It's about 19 hrs. But it may just be Idaho falls for 17 hrs. How late are you open?

Sounds good! We will appreciate whatever at that point! You have any room for a Boxer? She is tame enough to sit in the car while we eat in truth though. We will see you on the 5th either way.

Just to eat. I am dictating the driving anyway, so I choose where we go. I told her we are making a few hour out of the way pit stop to come meet some people from TW. We will head out a bit after eating to Salem, OR. I have to be there by the 7th no matter what for my grandpa's memorial service.
We may be driving the same way back, I'll let you know ahead of time what we do.
