I try to run 10 miles twice a week. At a minimum I run 10 miles one day and 4-8 another depending on time.

This place is about to open by me

I can't keep track of all these workouts recently. Not posting them soon enough to remember times lol.

    I enjoyed this one though:

    for time;

    20x Back Squat (rx=225, I did 205)
    40x TtB
    60x KB Swing (rx=2pood, I did 1.5)

Weve been redoing the open WODs from this year the past few weeks. Which has been awesome to see the progress made since this spring.
    12.4
    12 min AMRAP
    150 wall balls
    90 Double Unders
    30 Muscle Ups
I got 242 reps in the open got 242 this time around. Ill take it. My shoulder is still bothering me so I was happy getting the second muscle up this time around.
    12.5
    7 min AMRAP
    Thruster/Chest to Bar Ladder
    3 Thrusters 100lb
3 Chest to bar pull ups
Then 6&6, 9&9 and so on
Got 72 reps in the spring and got 86 on Monday. I inproved on ever open WOD so Im stoked to see the progress especially after missing a month and a half this summer with a shoulder injury.

Why would you do those back to back? Crossfit is intended to do one WOD a day.

You can do more then one WOD a day all of the Elite Crossfitters do two or more WODS a day. Like a strenght in the morning and a Met Con in the afternoon, or some other order.

12 min AMRAP and 7 min AMRAP both sound like met con to me.

But what do I know, I'm not an elite crossfit-er, I just work out lol :p
