i'd go with a upgraded sound system, slider, headers or something. your taco already pretty much has a cold air intake, and stock filters also are the best. they filter the most particles.

Or get the true cold air intake from URD. My friend got one and he said it made a huge difference. Being im a first gen and there is no TCIA to my knowledge i can not vouch for its performance increase.

This whole website pretty much hates bullbars and K&N so wrong place to ask man... Sorry... haha. Surprised the responses have been fairly nice so far. Maybe it is because there is no more whipper. haha

If you like the bullbar I would choose it. I haven't heard anything good about K&N on our Tacomas.

i actually have a westin bull bar, k&N intake, and the jet throttle body spacer

I think westin looks good, and is great for shopping cart dings,

k&N intake, you can hear it everytime you start the car, and when you accel at higher rpm, as far as mpg, i see no difference

throttle body spacer, cool to have, but no diff in mpg ;)

Same, I like all my stuff, but right now, I'm looking to get a snorkel for the truck. Then eventually a different bumper.
