Nice truck homer. Im not the biggest fan of billet grilles but I do think you are right that it adds a nice contrast to the black and goes with the wheels nicely

I had the opportunity to see what my truck will look like with a true 35" tire at the last BC Meet.

Special thanks to Thayer for allowing me the use of his wheels & tires for a half an hour.

Here's a few shots comparing my Nitto Trail Grappler A/T 295/75 r16's to Thayers Nitto Trail Grappler M/T 35x12.5x17's before we mounted them on my truck...

So what did I learn from this?

I feel I will be adding a 1" BL prior to up-sizing since another member that has this size reported hitting the top of the fender well at flex. Also I'll need to take about 1/2" more off the cab mount to accommodate them.

The clearance in the rear is fine as-is.

I did take them for a spin around the block - a regear is a necessity!

All in due time but I'll be going this direction with the build for sure.

I love the way it sits with 35's.

Looks real good, I like the black wheels as well.

I about rub right in that same spot with my tires turned like that. I beat the ever loving piss out of that area. A 1" BL is probably easier though.
