I'm using two different acoustically transparent materials. The end result will be a false wall of screen & panels hiding all of my speakers & subs. It will look cleaner & the voices coming directly out of the actors mouths will lend to realism. This is just step one. Up next will be to build four panels out of 2x4's to frame the rest of the false wall with black light absorbing material to make the image float when the lights are off. Should be pretty dope when it's all done.

 

Found my consultant when it comes time to build the theater in my basement. Well done sir.

I just took a nap in a house with a 4 month old, a 2 year old, and my self. To top it off they are both still sleeping.

Haha not this time. I have my nephew today. Just seals the deal that I only want 1 kid. Proly heading down town tonight to watch some football and prolly the parade of lights.
