    Hey any LEO or federal agents in here?

    I've got a legal question.

    Got a ticket for shooting clay pigeons on BLM land. Guy said I was littering despite the fact the clays are biodegradable. For people familiar with the Tucson area, I was out in Reddington at one of the "shooting ranges" on the main road. Has there been a recent law passed or something about shooting clay targets in that area? I live in Denver most the year, so I don't follow news and such about Reddington. Although I know they're trying to shut down that area to shooting.
