Benchmade 9500 SBK auto stryker. Great knife. Beefy frame yet well balanced. Blade can take considerable amount of abuse, while remaining sharp. Benchmade=

I dont have the box for my knife, but it says USA on the blade under the benchmade insignia. That doesnt say much about where it was put together though. I think all of there stuff is produced in Oregon, but I could be wrong.

i had to talk to my knife guy..i asked. they did have a line of benchmade knives made in china. he said they were called the Red line knives..something like that..BM stopped that. discontinued them.

i remember paying $200 for one that i have, and seeing on the internet the exact knife for much less..$50 ish..i called him and started moaning..he said they had two lines..this was a long time ago. when BM had to pay spyderco to use that thumbhole on the knife i bought.

so i think they are ALL USA made now.

That's great to know. Basically any BM I buy will be American made. I can't stand carrying a knife in my pocket that says china on it.

It's probably in my head, since half of everything we own is already made there. There is something about my knife though...

One of these is usually in my pocket, but got a "couple" more lol. I'm thinking the next will be a kershaw or a spyderco.
How do the fully serrated knives work out?

Just sold these beauties off, three MicroTech UMSs. I hated to sell, but the $800.00 bucks helped pay a couple of bills.
