    Here is the weight table. I was over wight by 40lbs in iraq, but was under body fat content so I was fine:) I am 72 inches tall, so my weight when I was there was 230-240lbs but i was at 14% at most for body fat. As of today I am 212lbs, same height

    Here is a pretty cool video of a martial arts style that I have been putting alot of thought into actually taking. I know how to perform plently of the grapple and strike moves, but it would be cool to actualy go to a class instead of training with my friend who does it.

    Holy shit. I was 172 when I joined and was a twig. could curl like 25lb dumbells MAX. The main reason I started working out hard was because one day in training we had to give each other IVs. Well, i had to get stuck about 12 times for them to actually hit the vein. I told myself before I deployed I wanted them to find it on the first try Just in case.:eek:

    172 when I went in, maxed out at 185, back to 172. But its a stealth 172, i look bigger cause of my shoulders, then again I've been pimpin the 4% body fat for 27 years:D
