    probably just an 1" or so low, stock leaf springs are pretty flat to begin with.
    looks similar to how mine were before I put in an AAL.

    Very doubtful, the exhaust has to be way above the axle for clearance and that cable runs along the axle.

    Regardless of the condition of your leaf pack that cable should not be touching. Those items are all stationary in relation to each other. That cable should be straight from end to end. Looks like the guide bracket is probably bent.
