This will take some time but it needs to be done.

I know I'm going to get to a point where I'll hit a bunch of you guys on the list and if I have to do an entire batch of just Raptor grills i think I would lose it!

Update:
I've been having a bit of a tough go as of late.
This tendonitis in my elbow has been quite the PITA.

I've been told by the Doc that I need to eliminate the heavy strain & constant repetitive motions if I want the tendon to heal. I discussed my build process with him and in turn I've taken a few new measures towards making some of the build steps a lot less physically taxing on my arm.
This includes doing the plastic parts cutting with a scroll saw instead of my Wiss Snips and purchasing a few new tools...
I've always cut all the aluminum mesh by hand up until now - I've just purchased a new Bosch Shear which will eliminate most of the stress & repetitive motion that I'm being told is the root cause of the problem.
I've also picked up a new Bosch Multi-Tool which is considerably lighter than my Dremmel. Lighter weight tool = less stress & strain.
Also I've added a new tool to my welding arsenal that does NOT have a pistol grip & trigger - Less gripping = less stress & strain.

Bottom line: I'm moving a bit slower than I'm comfortable with but it is currently necessary.

I honestly love doing this and I don't plan on stopping - I just need to modify my process to be less destructive on myself.

I really should have listened to a few suggestions from friends & family on getting these tools earlier... I might have avoided this issue.

I've got all the parts together for the current batch to wrap up and MrsTaco will be assisting me with the assembly so we can get these off to you all asap.

Also I'm just waiting on one last spot to fill and the next production batch parts will be going out to paint & powdercoat.
