2012 NCAA Football Thread

Who wants to see Northern Illinois Vs FSU? Or see Louisville in a BCS bowl? Florida will destroy them. FSU SHOULD destroy NIU, but after seeing what they did against Tech, I think the ACC should be excluded from bowls this season period. We fall to 7th after losing in the final second by 4 to the best team in the nation? This is gonna be the worst bowl season I can remember in quite a while.

but my wolfpack is playing the music city bowl in nashville. . . i can see that being a very fun yet expensive road trip.

yeah seriously. . what did the ACC as a conference do wrong that we shouldn't be in bcs bowl games? it's just how it's set up.

now do i agree with herb? (if you've been watching his rants). yeah sorta. but what can i do about the way the bcs works sitting in my recliner in raleigh, north caroina? not a damn thing.

 

Nashville is a fun place.

Herbstreit is about the only one on ESPN that I like and he was telling it like it should be.

 

This is what hurts so bad about losing that game. Offense should be pretty good next year, but who knows how the D will look?

I haven't been watching, but I'm definietly gonna have to check it out later. Sounds like he's the only one that knows what he's talking about.

Seriously, this is some of the worst bowl selections I can remember.

 

I'm pretty excited about our matchup A&M vs OU already sold out. Hopefully Johnny wins the trophy and then we win the cotton.

lou holtz - strangely tan for a hundred year old man in december, babbling things that makes himself laugh, strange, and making the most sense of anybody as usual. i love that old fart.

 

I am nervous as hell for this coming Gator Bowl Northwestern is playing great ball as of late and we can't seem to play against anyone worth a shit.

 

The ones that hurt the most are Jarvis Jones, Alec Ogletree, Jon Jenkins, Baccarri Rambo, and Sanders Commings. Our offense should be OK...depending on our QB situation. Hutson Mason should be pretty good, haven't really gotten to see him too much, but I think he's alright. I'm sure we'll get another 4 or 5 star QB. Defense is gonna be hurtin. We'll retool, like always, but it might take a year for our young guys to be up to the task of gettin back to the SECCG.

I can't stand Lou Holtz.

 

Yeah this game will be enjoyable... I like watching the SEC teams.
