Yeah thanks man I'm waiting to see what my oil sample comes back and says and yes the rod is fubard too there was only a couple little pieces of the rod bearing left it put a good grove in the crank and started chewing into the rod and I thought the fj had the same motor idk why they wouldn't have that issue? And I can only find maybe a handful of people that have had the same issue. The cause is still unknown

Diamond Axle SAS, TRD FJ calipers and brembo rotors on all 4, FJ rear axle, 5.29's and elockers in both, 3rz swap and dual cases,4.7 rear case,00 taco dash, bobbed bed, soft topper, raceline beadlocks, fj cruiser steering wheel and clinometer, super white paint and 37'' kevlars. Much more but i will keep it simple.
That sucks! Where do you send oil for oil samples? The Fj and Tacoma motors are the same but small suff was different per model in years before 05 I know for sure but assume they had similar stuff change to the current model. For example a 3rz motor was available in a 4runner2wd and 4wd,Tacoma 4wd the 2wd was a 2rz but is the same motor just a 2.4 rather the. 2.7. T100 2wd had the 3rz too. So when I did my swap to get the pan and steering to work together I had to use the T1002wd 3rz pan and sump and dipstick. It's the only one that fit correctly out of all of them. I know a camery in some years had a similar motor but the pan is way different. Xrunners have a shorter pan and pickup tube and they had a tundra but I'm not sure about the pans.

This is interesting. I wonder how well it works.
Yeah Dev with his bumper though it is not hidden like on an ARB. His will stick out entirely in the front of it. Noah you could always take the rollers off and paint the frame black. It will make it look less noticeable.
Sweet! Looking forward to seeing bro.
