    Haha!!

I like Night killer haha or Can Be Seen From Space..should get a sticker for that.

But I think Frankenstien is the official name

I like Lord of Light too hahaha

Did a little side project before calling it quits as I need a few odds and ends to start pre wiring.

Re did my ladder on the tent. I drill holes for the pins to lock in the top right position.

As you can see..made the tarp a little tight.

Drilled a hole and the pins lock now lower..

But didn't seem to help the tarp that much..but did a bit

i so can’t wait till i can get a welder and build a roof rack. i may build a bed rack may not. i use my bed for stuff quite a bit, so i would most likely have to take in on and off a lot. or just put it on when i need it.

right now i’m really wanting a soft topper. could use it quite a bit, and like how i can fold it down and not have to take it all the way off.

Yep I would be rocking a soft topper if I hadn't gone with a RTT

yeah. in a few years i may have a trailer of some kind for a RTT. like m416 or something like it. but right now i use my bed to much to have a bed rack and RTT on it.

roof rack will be for a 20 rigid led bar(just so i can keep it more low profile and less wind drag than round lights) and may get use 5 times a year or less, unless i get a kayak i will have detachable cross bars so i can take the kayak rack on and off as needed. may use it on a road trip and stuff.(just over flow stuff)

i thought about after i get soft topper, and get welder build a low bed rack to i can maximize safe/secure, dry storage for road trips.

edit: i have had the money for some stuff a time or 2. but change my mind. so i end up blowing it on cloths or other stuff.(girls some times) i change some plans like every 2 to 4 weeks. all because of this stupid site.

good point... im still thinkin crawl box then, since u guys said daily drivin with 4.11s isnt bad.... plus if i do it now and get it out of the way, when it becomes a crawler and gets sasd itll already be done:)

i would encourage anybody who wants to try it to go for it. likely hood of rolling is minimal if u have good spotters. i dont know if i would do it open open tho....

Well put on some more paint and bought even more wiring shit..not enough yet but still..

Going to use these mini rocker switches. Should be able to easily fit 9 or more

    f6be49a8b7b46196c102f67fe0c722bc_bed18907e3508b14b3ded09b16c360ac62079343.jpg

6 pin trail plugs so I can disconnect all the powers and grounds to the lights on the rack if it needs to come off

    10579c8467366898a44b079de3e0eb50_89ded8ad72f3608c3416d20b9a64b7cc6a386eb8.jpg

D I found a nice small sheet of aluminum at the store that was thicker then what I was trying to use. Should work much nicer.

    f83863696b6112f4ed103f81eebc8058_d5a3680530c79612120b3eaf82f0bb873599a827.jpg

And then I got some 6 pair trailer wire for running the switches and some 3 pair for the lights

    6d17fbdec60195457457b878eb189ee9_8426dec8f2d4cea3b3aedb45ac289231284d6b47.jpg

That'll help keep thing from getting outa control with wires running everywhere.

I'm going to have to extend my HID ballast wires too as I am going to mount the ballasts right behind the led bar. Was the only place I could find that they would be kinda tucked away. Wish I had some slim ballasts but hey. Least these will withstand the elements better.

Should start with harnesses tonight I think.
