    oh i know that but the one tim and everyone has is the think wire whip and thats not what im looking for.

    oh im sorry im pretty sure it will pick up better on new metal instead of a 1st gen rust bucket
    i actually have a car set up laying in my garage and was debating on it :eek:

    Well I'm talking about the wilson superflex, you should get that and not deal with a spring.

    I think you have me confused with Tim. My 1st gen is in mint condition, perfect paint, not a spec of rust. Tim's is a future frame swap waiting to happen.

    You can't base anything on what Scott says. :laugh:

    Everyone I've talked with using a hand held always comes through quiet. And Anthony is tough to understand a lot of times, my theory is his overkill dual antenna setup is overpowering.

    me has antenna, spring, connecter and cable. missing the mount and cb.
    :laugh: you wouldnt belive how many trucks have antennas around here that are not even hooked up
