Telemarketers

Anybody else been getting the "your vehicles warranty is about to expire blah blah blah..." calls? Ever since they released cellphone numbers for telemarketers i get that call daily.

I've tried the whole "take me off the list" and put my number on the .gov webpage for the do not call list but i still get them. also, i never give my cell number out for anything.

 

yep got it twice last week hung up immediately both times. they will probably call back next month, atleast it seems to be on a monthly rotation.

 

I thought I heard that the government was going to start going after them.

i had to change my phone # because it was getting so annoying!

 

i always wait for a rep, then i ask them what car they are callin on....
then they hang up on me

I always f*uck with em! one time someone called my workplace talking about visa/MC prices going down and everything, I was in charge at the time so i got to deal with the call, got the guy so mad he ended up hanging up.

Another time a telemarketer called i just said "can you hold on a min" and the put the phone down beside the tv for atleast 25 mins, picked it up and he was still there... haha then i just hung up
