there was a decent amount for this early in the season i guess. the main highways were all plowed, but barlow road was closed, and the other road I went on had a good amount. It was a little slushy and I was sliding around a bit in 4hi, but it wasnt too bad.

Interesting! Are there any good/decent trails up there? Only one I've heard of is Barlow and that's because I hear you guys talking about it. Did you, by chance, go boarding as well? I haven't been yet this season and don't think I'll make it :(

Thanks. As of right now all the roads seem dry and safe.

yup i was up there to go boarding, and on the way back to portland i just so happened to see a sign that said BARLOW ROAD. haha, so i decided to go check it out. got a pass to meadows this year and i gotta say im pleased so far, its my last year getting it at the cheaper price for people under 22, so im gonna enjoy it more. I was up and sunday and it had dumped the night before, like 10" i think, and it was snowing the entire time I was there so it was a nice powder day. No parks were open but meadows did get new RFID gates, so all you gotta do is swipe your pass and your through.

also just remembered, there was a long line of cars to get into the lot, like 40mins maybe. We had come to a stop so i guess this guy lost momentum, but he was in a 4x4 ranger just sliding around in the middle of the road. He was only in 2wd, i could see the 4x4 sticker on the back, and since his front wheels werent moving I could tell they were duratracs. He was causing even more of a backup, and was directly in front of oncoming traffic. Just kept poking his head out the window watching his back tires spin. This is the third time ive seen someone in a 4x4 doing this. Why?

Literally just sent that link to my dad. The little brother sent his pickup through a fence and dad hasn't decided if he wants to put money into yet...

Just means you have to air down more. Their Toyo M/T's. 5psi and you'll be good. :D
