I was thinking that a darker color would look good with the red trim. I have 4 exterior doors I want to paint.

a dark brown or orange-ish brown (barely orange, more brownish) i think is the best option for going dark...kinda limited as your siding is a tan color...would go with the dark red also

but i'm terrible with shit like that

or change the moulding around the door to white and go this route to match the other trim

Haha yeah it's hard. The house being stucco and the trim red my options are limited.

Yeah but I don't want to paint all my trim white. I'm too lazy for that. :)

Essentially your accent color is going to be your trim being as you went with an off-pallet color for it. Ideally you would stay within the same pallet as the base for the trim (a subtly off-white to bright white color for instance) and then the same red on the door as well as one other smaller panel away from the door would have looked gangster. In this instance it think that a dark suede or chocolate color for the door would look best. Basically something a few shades darker than your base color just to give it a little something w/o taking away from the red of the trim which is your accent color otherwise things will get a bit crazy quickly and you'll be all over the place. The goal now is to not try to one-up the accent color. You could even use the same color as the trim for the door but I wouldn't attempt to do anything close to that in either shade lighter or darker or it will look odd.

    No homo.

This is why I have friend with good hook ups I can get the long block for 3700 plus tax and all that or I found a motor out of a 10' for 1450$ I cant even get a crank for that price so I might go that route

Good hook up? Is he sleepin with the owner of Toyota lol? That's $11,722 off:eek: that's more then a good deal! So just to level with ya my bottom dollar on the motor complete is $4,000 picked up. I was about to pull the ad down and throw it in storage for a month or so but today I had a guy call and wants to make something work with a supercharged 4runner limited. I'm goiń to check it out tomorrow but am not getting my hopes up. If you decide to go my route call or text me (720) 548-0082. No hard feelings if you go another route at that discount on a full motor I would take it. The short block will cost more to resurface heads and gaskets and stuff but man I can't get over that price... Can you get me that price if I buy 2 or 3 of them?

Sounds good. If its a deal I'm jumping on it but I have high standards when it comes to my stuff so we will see. I'm pretty sure he's not tellin me something.. Craigslister problems haha!

Man that's insane price on that motor. Let me know how it turns out.

Finally finished building and hanging my new screen in my theater. Ended up being 129" diagonal and since FedEx decided to show up at almost 8:00pm rather than the usual time which is around lunch I wasn't able to tweak the projector for the new screen. The outgoing screen was for a previous projector with a much higher gain so this one is more suited for this projector and the contrast and blacks already look better. I can't wait to get 100hrs on this new lamp so I can calibrate this puppy and see what it's really capable of. Here's a shitty picture I snapped real quick that doesn't demonstrate much other than it's done. lol Keep in mind that this thing stands almost a foot taller than me mounted on the wall...

If you think you will be getting a syn line in the near future then buy a hawse lead and just try not to use the winch until you pick up a syn line. But if you are sticking with the cable pick up that warn lead.
Ha if you put a winch in yours the weight would probably hold your bumper from rattling from all that bass. :D
I just don't see the advantages of this. Engine noise, possible fumes from the engine and like Dev said maybe not enough air if you have all the windows closed. What am I missing?
