Where the headlights just plug and play?

 

If I didn't have child support. I probably would be mod happy too.

 

Headlights are 100% plug and play

 

Sweet! I like them! My other prob I have daytime running lights, I assume I will need to disable them, don't really care for it anyway.

 

Im not too sure, but they should work with the DRL as well....basically you remove the stock bulbs/plug and plug your wires to the new plug on the lights

 

Right but they work off the same bulb filament as the turn signal. It wouldn't be bad it if were a different bulb or circuit. When the turn signal is on, it flashes the running light that is on. Kinda sucks!

 

Very nice truck, only thing not floating my boat is the carbon fiber on the interior. You did a hell of a job, congratulations.

You guys who specifically buy pre-runners:

Do you do so for the highspeed off-road-baja-like handling characteristics or just couldn't afford to buy a 4x4 and had to compromise?

I've always wondered. Pre-runners get stuck on flat ground in wet grass.....(still scratching my head as to why exactly folks seek these out other than baja rig)

No one has really answered my question as to the appeal of Pre-runners.

I do imagine they would rule in the long-high-speed stretches of baja....they may get better gas mileage too. Is it about the better gas mileage? Just curious.
