I have searched several threads and have not found anyone with the exact set up. If I set the the billies at .85, and add 1.25" spidertrax spacers to stock TRD sport rims with 265/65/17 tires, would I rub on mud flaps? If not could I get away with a 265/70/17?
It's a 2012 sport DCLB and I really didn't want to get rid of the flaps, I'm going to trim them up.
Any help or even a picture would be greatly appreciated. THANKS.

You can fit 265/70/17's on a bone stock Taco without rub, so with the extra lift, you should be fine. Spacers may add a little rub, but I am highly doubting it.

Thanks Brady, I may go with a 1" spacer just to play it safe.

Afraid to trim? If you even had to trim it would be minimal? Do you plan to offroad at all or all street? I doubt you will rub at all on street. Offroading is where you will see the rubbing.

Mostly street driving, and the occasional rutted out road to a fishing hole.
I'm really not afraid to trim, I guess newness just hasn't wore off yet. First new truck.
Will 1.25 spacers shorten wheel bearing life a lot?

If it did, they wouldn't be very popular and they are very popular. It especially won't affect the life span much due to mostly street driving. Rock crawling and mobbing through the desert/jumping are what is going to have the biggest affect, but you will pretty much have 4 wheels on the ground at all times so you will be fine. I know a lot of crawlers and desert runners that run the spacers as well and haven't had problems.

Thanks for all the help, I'm just going to do it.
