whos is doing any mod to their truck this weekend? and what?

i have the weekend off for the first time in a while and going to be trying the satoshi mod, i got an extra grill off my cousins tacoma for $20. Also going to try the BHLM with my cousin. Hope it turns out well.

 

putting on my new UWS lowprofile. That thing is nice. Expensive, but nice.

 

I ordered the sport pedals today. Last of my interior mods........hopefully!

 

I just got my Maxxis Big Horns 285/70/17 and the AFE throttle body spacer put in. I tried to post pics but I did not have any luck. I will try again, the truck is looking good. This coming Tuesday or Wednesday I am getting the Grillcraft MX and some super bright PIAA's mounted behind the grill. I am excited!!!!!

Nothing this weekend or next...But the weekend after that (if I'm not flying)...I'll be doing my lift install.

 

Hey bro Im just saying Youre not going to get alot out of that Trottle spacer...... just whistles.

Thanks about the tires got an awesome price on them and they are fairly aggressive looking. I know it doesn't help without photos. As far as the throttle body spacer......... it seems like everyone here has negative to say about it but the mechanics say they work.... have to dyno with and without.....

 

Next Tues or Wed..... I know its not the weekend the grillcraft MX and PIAA's are getting mounted behing the grillcraft... I am excited about that. I am wondering if anyone knows how to get their hands on the oldstyle TOYOTA emblem everyone has mounted on the grill. Thanks in advance for assistance.

Iveheard that their a waste... Im not sure about the dyno part though. Talk to Chris4x4 about that part

 

Took the stickers off my bedsides and did the LED cupholder mod. also added some blue led's under my dash to light up the front floorboards. BRB with pics.

 

I am going to have to dyno with and without, right up the street from the shop that put it in is a shop that has a dyno.... if they will do it I will let you know. I hope it wasnt a waste. The rest of the performance mods were .... mbrp dual exhaust and trd cai were easily noticable. But I only drove the truck after throttle body spacer was installled to go get tires mounted so I couldnt really tell if anything was noticable.

 

They do work in some applications- The 1GR engine isn't one of them.

AFE claims the throttle body adds 10 horsepower. Not to sound ignorant though, I hope that's accurate.

i think i might paint my tube steps this weekend. and i was thinking about painting the dash/cd player thingy.
