    You should talk to the shop foreman before you start looking for another job and ask him if its possible that you could help a little more so that you can "watch and understand" better. Even if its on your own dime or after hours.

    I think your in a good place to learn a lot of stuff just be open to the guys and tell them that your eager too learn.

    I got mine in last week with the 700lb coils. Rides so much better then when I had my hoes. Even the wife noticed lol
