    Well after almost 3 weeks of taking pre-workout drinks I still don't feel like it's doing anything. I just feel like my head is going to explode and my heart rate increases, mouth becomes extremely dry and I just wanna puke at the end of the workout. Nothing more.. :notsure: I hate to waste the $60 combined with the 2 supp's, but might have too.

    I personally don't like them either....not sure why but I'd rather eat a good meal an hour before and have some coffee. That usually helps me perform the best!

    Maybe an orange Rockstar recovery drink with some BCAA mixed in if I need a punch!
