    Me? Huh?

You mean the bumpers sticking past the flares? I cut both of em back to meet the flares.

Well that works haha. I am getting front and rear bumpers soon but don't need to touch my fenders, as I won't be upgrading my 33's for a while yet, so I was wondering how it was working out having them too long. Guess I'll just try to get them shortened when I have to trim some fenders up. haha

Depending on your bumpers you may or may not need to touch them if you cut your fenders. The ARB with 33s basically needs cut. 35s would smash into the ARB bad, regardless of alignment with flares.

Hearing these bumper issues with 33's makes me happy I ordered my relentless 2'' short from the get go, anticipating I would need to cut my fenders. which I have not done yet. Still undecided between cutting or ordering glass. I want a snorkel so not sure about fitment on glass.

For the holes, I agree with maxamillion2345, bolts with no flare would just look tacky, but instead of welding a plate, I would use fiberglass to back it and bondo to fill it in since you are going to line it anyway.

I've only seen two 2nd gen trucks on here with snorkels on glass, one has a huge gap and the other has a huge hole that he covered with ABS plastic.

Exactly, I want it to look as clean as possible but was thinking since fiberwerx is somewhat local to me they might be able/willing to make me custom fenders and incorporate the snorkle opening to offer a perfect fit with the arb kit. Have not checked yet but its on my list!
