ITB mortar instructor group. He drives a dark grey STI and it appears that he sees you daily bc I get random cell phone pics of your truck. Small world bc I used to see you daily in Hawaii before I left for MECEP.

I am around SOI every so often but I am in MCT instructor group out at range 314. We teach all of the weapons instruction for the non-03's. What unit were you with in Hawaii?

HMH-463, I was a CH53D Crew Chief prior to mecep. I am commissioning and headed out for TBS next month though. So needless to say, I'm familiar with MCT:D.

Hoping to get an infantry officer slot out of TBS though.

If you see a Dark grey STI driver taking spy shots of your ride, now you know who it is!!

I am interested in your tire carrier. Does Demello not make that anymore?

It is a custom build so they will need your truck to make. The tire carrier part was done by Demello, the lower bumper part was made by Armortech.

It all depends on the amount of work you want done. Honestly, you would have to call up Demello to get an exact price but that rear bumper with everything that has been done to it is right in the $3000 range. That includes the swingout, scepter can holders, lights, powder coat, back up camera.

You my sir have awesome taste in mods. Its very easy to add all the mods on and make a truck look very tacky but you know how to build a yota. Looks sick to say the least. I just went from a softopper to an ARE topper and you are making me question if I made the right decision lol. Guess I'll have to keep both until I figure it out. Whats the future plans for the truck?

The soft topper for me has been great so far. I had to load two 7 foot tall lockers into the back of my truck today. With the hard top it would have never happened. 2 minutes and the top was down and I was able to load those large items.

Future plans in the next year include a 2.5 gallon tank for the OBA, dual battery setup, and a winch. Maybe a new front bumper but who knows.

I never had a complaint about the softopper. It was great in every scenario but I came across an ARE shell for a fantastic deal already the same color as mine so I couldn't pass it up. I'm still not 100% on which I plan on keeping. I loved the versatility of the softopper but the protection of a hard top. Each have the ups and downs. I guarantee you will love the softopper.
I'm right there with you on dual battery and winch. Not much more needs to be done to your truck. Wheel the hell out of it and go on. Once again great build man, Keep it up.
