I would suggest the kits that you can get at any auto parts store. I've used the turtle wax headlight restore kit on all my vehicles including the taco and my old lexus (Worst oxidized headlights I've owned, barely let any light through) with great success. VERY inexpensive.

Dont think i have, the lenses on my stock headlights (just have BHLM n DDM HIDs) are almost flawless minus a couple scratches but no yellowing thats why i was gonna switch
Ive always been told the kits you speak of work well but dont last long

Shoot me a PM when you do it. I have the D2S kit ready to go in, just been trying to find time to do so. If you do it tomorrow, that would work the best though.

As long as you wax your headlights once a month, it should work fine. For $9 to work for over a year, I wasn't complaining. Haven't seen the Lexus since I sold it.

Some kits don't last long, some do. From what I hear  Seen a thread where dude wet sanded, used rubbing compound for the yellow out, then sealed with a thinned out polyurethane. Looked great...

I've used Meguiars PlastX. It works very well, but doesn't last unless you put something on afterwards like wax or some kind of protectant... Best thing to do is spray them with clearcoat after polishing, it will last the longest, but not forever.

Ok so the truck is at the alignment shop today and am waiting to see if the minor rubbing will be gone. The shop thinks it will still be there.

It is hitting the area I call the bubble behind the wheel. I was told the frame is behind that so no modifications can be done. Has anyone had an issue with that area and if so were you able to do anything?
