Ha, thanks... fixed. I've seen you correct spelling numerous other times. Do you take medication for your ocd? :)

When you post something on a person's Facebook wall, said person can delete the comment off their wall. Kind of like taping a piece of paper on a wall, if someone doesn't like what you have to say, they'll just rip it down. I don't know how much good it'll do.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Only way I see it happening is when lawsuits start raining down on them, seems to be the only thing that gets big corporate wealthy fat cats to get their ducks in a row. The CEOs at Toyota could really give a shit less what we want done, all they care about is us buying their product and making them profit, it's all about $$$$ and nothing more. Once they gotta settle some hefty lawsuits, things change almost instantly.

Watch fight club, manufacturers will only create a solution to the problem if they think the solution will cost less than the ensuing lawsuits.

I've taken my truck in several times for stock driveline vibes. Still no resolution. I've definitely seen plenty of members complaining of the same over the several years I've been browsing here. It's nothing new.
    Yep.
There's a TSB that tries to solve a vibe from 15-25mph. Mine is prominently at those speeds at deceleration.(before you say brakes, it's definitely not.) It replaces a transmission mount. For the majority of members who have had this TSB it solves zero issues for them.

Personally for me, Toyota has done a balance/alignment, above stated transmission mount TSB, replaced the drive shaft, and given me TSB springs to try and solve it with no solution.

Is there a poll on this? I only have the rear leaf TSB, with 5100's at 1.75" and I have had no vibrations when the truck was stock or after the minor suspension changes... I guess I am lucky! :D

2011 with 19K no vibes or brake issues. Want a REAL defective truck go buy a Frontier or one from Gov'ment motors.

My point is one of the choices in the poll was to drive a defective truck. I, along with several others, hardly feel the truck is defective. Don't like it, get rid of it. Maybe they should have done their research before buying. It took me right at a year before I bought my truck. Low and behold I have an issue with A/C fan. Wasn't a shock since I had done my research.

Just like someone else told me in another thread....its a truck.

I wouldn't spend 35k on something I knew was defective... I wouldn't buy a $2 koozie from a convenience store if I knew they were defective.... Your logic is terrible.

In regards to getting a response via Facebook, really depends on the company, its size, how many complain. Some will just blow you off, while others will rectify the problem. Granted my company isnt the size of a global company but we take all legit complaints seriously. Often times its people who have tried other means of communication with no successful resolution. Really depends on what the people are like in various parts of the company. Our social media team is great and follows up on all the problems that come to them.

We never delete posts unless they're just people blatantly hating the company for no justifiable reason and don't actuau have valid concerns. So it definitely can work depending on the circumstance/company.
