    yep, i'd say you're right about it being a muckhole :D

    i like that turret-style feature on the house.... i'd imagine it overlooks quite a nice view!

    Pulled the clamps off the workbench top, sanded it a little, screwed it down to the cabinet, then filled the holes with wood putty, then sanded again.

    Put the knobs on the drawers, trimmed it out, and reorganized the pegboard too.
    Ignore the mess

    Wow.. I do apologize. That's sounds absolutely terrible. I hope it goes smoothly.





    So I've now been in my house for about 2 weeks, and I'm getting pretty closing to having all my stuff finally moved in. Ill have to get some pictures over the weekend (it will be my first time there while its day light since the home inspection 3 months ago).

    I've decided I definitely need to build some shelves in the basement so I can get everything up off the floor. Haven't had time to measure the area where I want to put them, but I'm thinking 12' wide, 2' deep, and 6' tall with 2' inbetween shelves.

    Also planning on installing an electric garage door opener this weekend.

    Got that right...

    I had about 70 sq ft of glue down engineered flooring in my foyer that I pulled up. It just comes up in splintered pieces. I used a mini sledge and a prybar to pull the bulk of it up. Then I had to use my HF multimaster tool to scrape up the glue and splinters.

    I gave up. If I had the week off from work - I coulda done it. But I'll just let the guys laying the new floor deal with it.
