Yea, cause I have $2,000 sitting around to blow on a blown engine.

I got real bills to pay. You'll understand one day soon enough. If I was living with my sister still or my mom I would be rolling in cash and it would of been fitted with a V8 by now.

I had roomates the first few years and the supplemental income is great. Once one of them tried to kill himself in my house I got rid of them.

Called 911 and then mixed up sugar water and tried to force feed him with it. Then helped the 4 EMT's and 2 officers try to restrain him in his bedroom as they tried to work on him.

when he got back from the hospital...

I could be wrong but Ill bet your not paying: homeowners insurance, gas, electric, water, sewer, and cable. I know I wasn't when I lived at home.

Believe me if I could do it all over again I would have one of these in the woods and that sucker would be paid off. http://tinygreencabins.com/

actually if I was going to keep working in Philly and could dump my house I'd look for a garage with a apartment upstairs to buy.

    I should of stated 2 car.. :D

Growing up we had 2 cars wide with 2 cars deep on one side and 3 cars deep on the other. God I miss that so much these days. If I had a garage my engine would be in pieces, not intact in my backyard.

When I was looking for my current house I checked out one that had a two wide and 2.5-3 deep garage. Too bad the rest of the place was tiny as hell and the 2+ acres was all a wooded cliff.

I couldn't agree with you more. The $33,000.00 I spent spent on my basement would have built a nice garage. :frusty:
