Added a little piece of outdoor carpeting to both bed storage boxes attempting to reduce road noise. Whenever I hit a speed bump, it sounds like parts are falling off. This may not make a difference, but it's worth a try...

Added a some stick-on reflective tape. Not a big deal, but for the $1 investment, a little extra visibility won't hurt:

That's an awesome idea. As soon as I bought my truck, I immediately put my tie downs in the boxes, and I kept hitting bumps and thinking something was loose on the truck; I know what it is now, but those would probably help.

Reflective tape is definitely a good idea. I left my door open about 1 foot on the street while unloading some stuff one night, and a lady hit my door and kept driving. Her side mirror exploded. Big dent on my door edge.
It was stupid of me to have my door cracked open, but who the F hits a parked car? I found her later that night in a driveway.

So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.
The spare does not have one installed in the the 2009.

Tacoma Mike responded to my post in the other thread and now we are back in business with the light off and system hopefully working the way it should.

I thought it was mandatory to have it in all of the tires..... Hmmm.... Oh well.
