Does anybody else buy themselves Christmas presents ?

I play santa all year round. I buy shit when I want it. Because of this, my wife hates buying for me at christmas.

 

Sometimes you have to take care of yourself. Santa can be unreliable: winter storms, reindeer ilness/strikes, sleigh maintenance issues, no fly zones, chimneys that are just a little too small, guard dogs, alarm systems, pot laced cookies left by well meaning children, just to name a few

 

Yea, I'm going cheap this year though. Getting myself all the stuff to do a satoshi.

 

new pair of brooks running shoes and a new fishing pole.

 

I might get myself a raptor homer grille when he gets them done. Depending on funds.

 

My family has always been financially frugal (poor haha) so if I need anything I call it a present this time of year. Last year my dad got me a power strip for my apartment (it still has the clearance rack sticker on it haha)

Yup same as my birthday..usually just CDs but at least I get one thing I want, plus I tell people not to buy me CDs since I have so many that they'll have trouble finding one I want and don't have already

 

He said he's currently working on 3 1st gen raptor grilles and only 1 is sold as of now. If I understood correctly...

 

How else would I get what I want?

Bought myself rear suspension lifts stuff, shackles, shocks, brake lines, etc, etc.

Oh, and a few new tools, every mod needs at least one new tool to do it properly (applies equally to home or vehicle).

i usually buy myself stuff throughout the year, so during the holidays i only buy things for other people for a change

I usually buy a few small things that I really want and give it to my wife to wrap and put under the tree for me. That way I know I get soemthing I need/want/can use.
If I don't do it, will get shirts and socks.

Think I may get myself some super bump front bumpstops while they are in stock

 

Generally I don't unless there is a more expensive item I want then wait for some Black Friday sales. Its what I did with my lift.
