spicy noodles, instant package (dont blame me, its late and i was hungry)
cooking on the stove, I start adding the hot stuff while its cooking so it soaks into the noodles too :)

here it is served up, no good noodle soup veggies, else I would have added, I prefer chinese brocolli and mung bean sprouts the most, but I have added all kinds of stuff ;)

those are shrimp meat balls, and there is also dried shredded pork in there, it's that colour from all the hot sauce ;)

Nothing wrong with the way yours looked either. Quick question though, you said beef and/or chicken stock; is there a preference you have as to which is better?

I usually use chicken, as the more neutral flavor doesn't overpower the sausage. I *like* it with the beef, don't get me wrong, but the flavor is more beefy (duh!) and less sausagey. I love the sausage and the spiciness of it, so I use the more subdued low-sodium (if bought) or home-made chicken stock.

    Personal preference.

Reminding myself to take pics tonight! My friend's coming over and we're going to make salmon and also artichokes. I'm also roasting golden beets, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and this wine-and-herbs sausage I bought.
