    Hmmm, I've seen a couple trucks with the cap and cage on top but the one above the cab threw me off. Thought it could have been Austin's. mine is just a Yakima box over the bed now though.

    New Belgium was fun today, got to have some snow day fresh off the bottling line. And we're getting snow!!

    Dunno for sure yet, have not mounted them. :) However, most 4Rs with 285s need the chop, and the wheels I will be running have an aggressive offset that will make this more likely, so, better to get it out of the way.

    I just ask, I didn't chop mine. But I have a 2000 and I'm running 285 75's on the tread wright that is about a 34in tire, I was just curious. I mean I guess it will set you up later to go bigger.

    His is the next gen like my wife's. Similar frame set up to our Tacos. When Ben was over last weekend we looked at our runner with 17's and 265's with a 3" lift. I did not see where they would hit with 285's but like you said preps him for 35's.:D
