Also, just wanna throw this out there;

Bo Jackson was possibly one of the best athletes I've ever seen. (Bo Knows on ESPN 30 for 30). Who knew he ran a 4.12 40?

I was too young to really appreciate it when he was playin, considering I was born in '87, but I saw him play some in the NFL and baseball. Dude was a beast. And, of course, I played Tecmo Bowl...all you had to do was hand it to Bo and you won.

 

Maybe he can't outrecruit Mack Brown and Sumlin, so he is going somewhere he knows he can win. I know they had some high expectations for him and he hasn't done much as of late.

Well shit. I still feel Te'o is the most deserving and probably one of the classiest guys in football period.

 

heckuva stud!.....will he get better?!! the pressure is on him now Just think if he plays three more years...Best player the sec has ever had..

 

You can't deny the stats Manziel has. Te'o had a heck of a year, but for Manziel to do what he did, in the conference he did it in, and the fact that he's a freshman, it's pretty incredible.


That being said, like I've already said, I don't expect it to be a repeat performance next season.

 

I only expect two years out of him tops. Since he is a redshirt, he could leave after next season.

I don't deny the stats whatsoever. I still look at Te'o's (God that is weird) body of work and how far he carried his team. Granted, like I said before, had Manziel not touched the field, the Aggies would be 6-6 or 5-7.

And yes, I agree, Defenses will figure him out. Hell, Muschamp and Miles already know how to stop him.

 

at least sabin can say his lone loss...the loss where his team looked like pop warners was at the hands of johnny football a guy who won the heisman!!

I just watched the 30 for 30 "Bo Knows"

Man does that bring back memories. I always loved Bo Jackson growing, sad his career was cut so short. We had Bill Walsch College football for Genesis, I was always Auburn 83 and Bo ran through everyone. That episode really captured what BO was, a superhero of an athlete that could do anything. He was an original.

 

He was incredible, for sure.

Manziell is gonna have a cam newton style 2nd year fall from grace next year. He will be neutered.

 

Newton never returned I do know of a certain Bama Heisman winner who failed to live up to second year expectations
