Lmfao I used to do that with my flip phones in middle school! I remember chasing one kid, throwing with all my might (used to pitch) and it hit the back of his head. The screen went one way, the back cover, battery, and keypad all separated too. It was fucking awesome!

My dad is getting pissed I have "too much" of a social life and I'm slow to pay him back. So he probably wouldn't allow it.

I also would have to ride along, because my transmission can't handle any strain.

Also dinner most likely is a no go cause "I'm not allowed" to spend any money without written permission... Etc.

This morning I left to go pick my girlfriend up for church, then I remembered about half a mile into my drive that I needed to put the bottom halves of the rear seats in the truck for a concert later. I go home, turn the key to off, and my starter begins cranking and cranking and cranking. So I turn the key to keep the engine running, then try again; no dice, it's still cranking. Remembering I have a remote starter, I pop the hood then turn the key off, and thankfully the safety measures in the engine bay cut the engine off.

I get the seats in and try to crank the engine... Nothing. No clicks, no whines, nothing! I try the remote starter, and what do you know? The damn thing starts.

I get in the cabin and look at my dash, seeing there is a check engine light on, along with my TRAC OFF, VSC OFF, and that "holy sh*t you're sliding" light. I check error codes on my ultragauge and it turns out I have PO345.

A google search turned up with "cam positioning error" and reading into a few forum posts for other vehicles, it turned up to be a bad alternator....

If it ain't one thing it's another. Would Toyota cover something like that?
