This is what the full description says:

If a Toyota sensor has been broken or a new one installed (without being programmed to the car) AND THE RESET BUTTON WAS PUSHED, the vehicle can get caught in a “loop” and therefore cannot be repaired. There is only one way to fix this issue. The initialization process must be reset before new sensors can be registered to the vehicle. The Solution: The Toyota Reset Tool from Schrader. Simply plug the 21250 (Toyota Reset Tool) into the OBD and push and hold the button for 30 seconds. The system will reset and you can now repair and relearn the vehicle.

Yes. I wanted to know if anyone has tried this device as stated in my op. It looks like no one has tried it, so you can close this thread.

Yeah-I can only see the photo and that you found it on Amazon. I looked it up too...Seems like it doesn't do a whole lot unless you have another programmer too...

When I checked the thread on Tapatalk on my iPad, it showed only the Schrader tool and that I saw it on Amazon, but when I go to TW on my computer, it shows the whole op. Now, I understand why you had questions. Thanks for the help. You can close this thread.
