    I did however build a new tool for assembling the grills which cut the assembly time by 3/4. :cool:

    I won't post a pic but I monstered a 120v Weller Soldering gun with a triggered blow gun to my air compressor. It's pretty badass...:D

    I'm off to the garage now to get some more stuff done.

    lol... this tool is only for assembly. The fabrication process is what takes the most time - hence the cost.

    So I'm assuming with those you have to dremel around the front edge of the inner shell to match the contour of the grille so it sits between the 2 grille sections? So it's basically a flush mount design?
