Your telling me that Canada is less free than the U.S.? And Mexican immigrants do enter those countries and vice versa. They enter the U.S. for a variety of reasons. You can find out why by doing a little research.

pretty smart strategy in the opinion of most. although, some overseas bases have worn out their usefulness.

It was in 2004....and people are pissed about it now? What about Disturbed making songs dissing Bush? Is American media so dumbbed down to the point they have to bash a foreign artist for rapping in his own language about America?

Seriously, this country has some issues. Let's mind our own fucking business for once.

I'm not telling you anything. I was responding to your post.

and I agree that immigrants enter the US for a variety of reasons...economic and religious freedoms are probably at the top of the list.

Nope... Just going to leave that there.
There are differences between our respective forms of government that impact the level of freedom that the citizens/subjects perceive that they have, and the perception of those on the outside looking in.

Not saying that either is right or wrong.

Foreign countries are getting pretty tired of US bases on their lands. Japan is on lockdown after the recent event. PPl can say whatever they want. You can find a quote from anyone and someone will find something offensive about it. The current POTUS and previous all are guilty of this. Either way PSY will be crying for the US when millions of starving N. Koreans flood the DMZ trying to take everything the south has. Any time something happens we get blamed for being involved, then we get blamed for not being involved. The bottom line is the US has a ton interest in the Pacific and there are a lot of other countries happy we are close to help out if needed.

Good thing we have so many people trying to immigrate here to take on that burden... Odd thing they'd want to do that if it sucked so bad here . Give it a rest, I don't think we are better than every other country, but so far this has been a pretty nice place to live IMO. And Canada isn't too bad a place itself from what I've seen in person anyways...

Some rappers are "one hit wonders" because they lack talent, this guy actually sabotaged himself. Two months ago I had never heard of him. Never liked his little song, now I don't like him either.
