How many of you Duratrac owners have damaged a sidewall, and on what type of terrain?

Is your truck lifted or leveled at all?? Those rims look good! Are those an older gen Tacoma wheel?

I have 5100's set to 2.5" and wheelers 3 leaf progressive AAL with fox reservoir shocks in the rear. Love the set up, had 285's but like the look and gas mileage of the 265/75's better. Wheels are from a 3rd gen 4runner

    That looks great!

I ordered the same tires to go along with the old man emu lift I just ordered.
I was worried they might look too small but I wanted to keep my stock wheels, not use spacers and not kill my fuel mileage.

Is anyone running a 265/70r17 Duratrac on a 17x9? The specs say they are only approved up to 8.5 inches.

The factory spec is for factory tires, which are P rated, and should NOT be followed for any tires other than stock. It may be that other tires end up being recommended at that pressure, but that should be figured out independently. Don't recall what range these are, but LTs require higher pressure for safe operation on road.

I do a lot of driving. So in exchange fo a little comfort, I get a little better gas milage. Becuase it helps with the rolling resistance. Anywhere between 32-42 I feel would be your magic PSI range. If you are wondering why I run less PSI in the rear would be due to a very light weight bed.

Hello Ryan. I am still on my first set. Only had them for about 6 months now. I had BFG KM2s before. Thanx for the compliment on my beast. Take care.

Tires came in today wow these things are meaty.
Just looking at tread they look closer to a MT than a AT. I am a big fan of the bfg at have run several sets over the years but decided to give these a shot this time.

OME lift should be here friday looks like I will be wrenching this weekend :)

Think I can fit 276 65 18's on a 18x9" rim with 5100's at 1.75? I know 265's will fit but they don't make them.. I'd have to go 275's in th duratracs....

I'm trying to decide on a tire for my taco. I already have a set of duratracs on my F250. I mainly bought them for looks, with slight need to take the big rig off the beaten path every now and then. I must say, duratracs were not too impressive in the alabama red clay I was in a few weeks back. I'm still considering them for the taco. I would imagine they would handle differently on a light taco than on the 9k lb F250.

Anyone use duratracs on a taco in alabama? Our "mud" is a little different that the rest of the country's.
