If I remember correctly, Tebow struggled after his Heisman year. In 2009, he threw two pick sixes against MSU straight into the hands of Johnthan Banks. He fell apart against Bama in the SEC championship.

It probably has to do with everybody going and targeting them. Ingram's problem was that he was constantly injured. That and he fumbled just before a td against Aub. He couldn't produce any yards against USC either.

Congrats to Manziel. Beating us put him over the top im sure. Id say moving to the SEC is a good move for them. Now represent the SEC and win the Cotton bowl.

I'm sure that's the only reason he won it.

No, it didn't hurt, but 3,419 yards and 24 touchdowns though the air and 1,181 yards and 19 touchdowns on the ground. Is why he won the honor.

Without the signature win against Bama, I doubt he would have won it though.

Surely talking about his 2nd year in the NFL.

We'll never know, but I think the win at Alabama probably put him over the top. The two games after the Alabama game were Sam Houston State and Mizzou... So Alabama was really his last chance to make a nation-wide impression. If we'd make him look the way I hope we do next year, people would have written him off for this year's race, and said, "Watch him in the years to come..."

The play where he bobbled the ball, scrambled, and threw a TD pass made me want to vote for him.

Weird. I would have thought he would have wanted more time to heal.

Western Kentucky will announce Bobby Petrino as head coach later today. Mullens' name floating around Colorado job, I think it's just hooey.

Those NFL trainers will be a huge benefit. I hope he has a full career.

Pretty sure he isn't going anywhere soon. I'm really starting to trust him not moving. http://blogs.clarionledger.com/msu/...l-prep-the-future-qb-dak-prescott-with-video/
He has had offers for bigger jobs.

I thought he'd take a year to show em that he can still play after the knee injury. He'll be a low draft pick. A lot lower than if he would have came back, I believe. If e didn't get reinjured, that is...

I don't think saban would make it in the nfl,,he is a great college coach but that won't make him a good nfl coach pete carroll may be the exception but he isn't really tearing up the nffl either.

Surprises me... I guess he figures he can do what Willis McGahee did after blowing his knee out during the NC vs Ohio St. The Buffalo Bills drafted him late first round that same year.
