    yes. Yelling out the window "hey look out for that picnic table" was insufficient, so CBs are almost mandatory, especially with big groups.

    I don't knwo if i'd say most, but a lot of us do. it's no problem if you don't have one though. we make sure people have the group leader's phone numbers, and try to keep the people without CBs in the middle of the pack.

    I don't think I've heard VHF since we had a TV in the kitchen that was "so ahead of it's time because it was color, UHF AND VHF"....had a handle on the top too =) (was only a 4" screen, we were ballin!)

    Guess im just used to using a VHF marine radio for hunting and fishing since it puts out 5w of power and cb's only around 3. Ill have a cb for the meet fellas

    Oh and i have seen tons of awesome pics and vids from these meets im ready to meet yall and wheel.
