Well going home tonight around 1130 traveling at 65-70 2 huge ass deers popped outta nowhere, barely dodged the first one thought i was good and clear another one pops out and i smoke it. Bumper as you can see is destroyed, headlight popped out as well as the grill, had to tie off the inside of the fender from rubbin the tire. All in all an awful night but Im ok and truck coulda been damaged a heck of a lot more.

That being said what all is gonna have to be replaced? how much? and how long?

Sucks man. Like you said, could have been way worse! I don't know what a shop will be charging for a new lower bumper.... probably way to much though! Is the headlight broken at all? or was there a fog light in there?

Glad you were not hurt but, it still sucks!

I commuted between Oxford & Canton briefly and now between Oxford & Memphis. I typically stop counting the number in the heards at 50 (which is not all that uncommon). Seems there are way too many.

Good luck and keep us updated on the repair.

I feel your pain. One hit me on the passengers side about two weeks ago. I have damage to the rear cab corner and the front or the bed. Estimate came in at $2300.

I ride a Harley-Davidson a lot and am very cautious late in the season. I have more concern about hitting a deer than otherwise crashing.

Fixing the truck is a huge PIA, but it is just one of those things in life that happen.
