it will be interesting to see if the 'make whole' actually did come off the table.

 

theyre meeting wednesday. i believe there'll be a shortened season too, they'll negotiate the terms of the CBA and re-establish the monetary terms of the previously rejected offer, IMO.

also IMO, i wish bleacher report's reports were printed, so i could use them as toilet paper. they reported in october that there'd be hockey and no cancellation of the winter classic. just one of many garbage articles from bleacher reports, and the garbage is not limited to the NHL.

 

yeah i dont base everything off the bleacher reports, i just like they have all the twitter stuff on one area (too lazy to get an account)

so with the possibility of a shorttened season, do you guys think that all of the players will come back or do you think some will stay put overseas? ie khl players.

i think it would be a nice slap in the face to the nhl for some of them to stay put till next season but i wonder if they would be heavily penalized from one side or the other.

 

They would be in breach of contract if they stayed in Europe

Saw this morning, on the MSNBC news, that all games are cancelled through December 31st.

I agree. Hockey should not be played past Memorial Day. Work weeks should be 3-4 games/wk. There's times with 1 game a week, its a waste.

 

So have any season ticket holders received any money back from the season ticket package you bought last June?
